For anything outside the normal weekly maths - a social event spend, a correction after reconciling with the bank. Setting this never touches anyone's personal ROI, only the club's shared balance. This is also how to anchor the kitty ledger to a real bank tally (e.g. "Opening balance Tue 25/8").

Every punter's status for each week of the active cycle. A red MISSING cell (no bet, no bye recorded) is likely a bye that happened informally and never got entered - mark it here so the achievable-finish calculator on Standings accounts for it correctly.

If next week's bets are already rolling in, move last week's aside early instead of waiting for the automatic Tuesday cutover - last week's results stay on the Standings ladder, they just clear out of the Dashboard/Bets Feed/My Bets fillable tables so there's a clean slate to load into.
